• Application data: name, email, optional company, website / demo URL, project description, blockers, platform stack, budget, timeline, and decision-maker status submitted through the qualification form.
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) captured from the URL and stored in your browser.
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking record page views, video engagement, and form submissions.
• Calendly: when you schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any answers to required questions on its booking widget.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this funnel: email delivery (e.g., Resend), team notifications (Slack), CRM (HubSpot or similar), spreadsheet backup (Google Sheets), Calendly for scheduling, and Google for analytics and ads. We do not sell personal data.
